RESERVATIONS BY PHONE OR MAIL

You can make reservations both through our website or by mail, but if you prefer, you can also call us by phone.

BOOKING

  • Payment of 30% of the total price of the house is requested within a maximum period of 3 days after making the reservation, by bank transfer to the indicated account. Bank charges are at the customer's expense. We also offer the possibility of paying by credit card.
  • The remaining 70% must be paid on the day of arrival in cash or card, together with the extras.

CHECK IN AND KEY COLLECTION SCHEDULES

  • Key collection takes place in our office from 5 PM to 7 PM:

    (Right next to the Casablanca Playa Hotel).
  • Once the check-in has been formalized, we will accompany you to the apartment. Some apartments have an alarm system, but we will advise you on the day of your arrival how to cover the cameras for your privacy and how to use it, if you wish.
  • If you wish, you can call us the day before (+34 977 380 639) to confirm your arrival and if you can enter the apartment between 10 AM and 1.30 PM.
  • Upon arrival, we need the passports and/or valid identity documents of all those who will stay in the apartment in order to formalize the check-in.
  • If you arrive later than 7PM, please let us know as well so that we can tell you how and where to get the keys and a sketch of how to find the apartment. In this case, we would need a copy of the passports and/or ID in advance and so the diposit.

TOURIST TAX

To the rental price must be added the "Tax on stays in tourist establishments", Rate (1 €) per person (over 16 years of age) and per night, with a maximum of 7 nights. Approved by Law 5/2012, of March 20, on fiscal, financial and administrative measures and the creation of the tax on stays in tourist establishments (DOGC no. 6094 of 03.23.2012). For example, 2 adults + 2 children, for 9 days = 2 adults x 1 Euro x 7 days = 14 Euros.

DEPOSIT

  • You must leave a deposit of between 150 to 300 Euros depending on the accommodation, in cash or credit card, at the time of handing over the keys.
  • The deposit will be returned to the same card within a maximum of 3 days after leaving the accommodation, once the accommodation has been reviewed and it has been delivered tidy and in perfect condition, crockery washed and placed in its place, an empty refrigerator and garbage deposited in the corresponding street containers. Otherwise, 80 Euros of the deposit will be retained

CONSUMPTION OF ELECTRICITY, WATER, GAS…

In the vast majority of our apartments, the consumptions of electricity, water, gas are included in the price, but we ask you to use it responsibly. If you leave the apartment, we ask that you turn off all lights and heating/air conditioning. In case of responsible consumption, we will not invoice the consumption. Otherwise, the consumption of the deposit will be deducted. Please consult the apartment sheet to see if consumption is included.

AIR CONDITIONING / HEAT PUMP

The apartments with air conditioning / heat pump use to have a bottle on the terrace that must be emptied regularly, so that the water does not overflow and disturb other neighbours.

WiFi

Please check the file of the chosen accommodation if you have this service.

BED LINEN / TOWELS / AMENITIES

  • Bedding included.
  • Towels and kitchen cloths are not included.
  • Welcome kit with a sample of detergent, 1 sponge, 1 kitchen towel, 1 garbage bag and 1 roll of toilet paper.

ACCOMMODATION RULES

Our accommodations are located in residential buildings and areas, so the general rules and regulations of each community must be respected.

  • Groups of young people from the apartments are not accepted.
  • Please respect the rest schedule from 10 PM to 10A M.
  • The person holding the accommodation rental contract will be responsible for the correct behaviour of all occupants. When contracting the apartment, the client will automatically accept these conditions. If any of the occupants of the accommodation does not behave correctly and appropriately, Fincas Maritim Playa will have the right to expel, immediately regardless of the time of day or night, all the occupants of the accommodation, without the right to future claims. nor to any type of compensation or refund of the deposit.
  • Overoccupancy of the apartments is strictly prohibited. In these cases, we will immediately require the clients to vacate the apartment without compensation or refund.
  • It is strictly forbidden to make noises or activities that go against the rules of the house or public order. In these cases, we will immediately require the tenants to vacate the apartment without compensation or refund.
  • We ask that you do not bring wet or sandy items into the building/apartment. For this there are showers on the beach and in most buildings. Using soap in communal showers is prohibited.
  • Please do not enter the elevator wet.
  • It is forbidden to hang towels on the railing. The apartments have clotheslines.
  • It is forbidden to barbecue on terraces, gardens or patios.
  • The apartments with air conditioning use to have a bottle on the terrace that must be emptied regularly so that the water does not overflow and disturb other neighbours.

SMOKERS

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. You can smoke on the terrace. Please let us know if you need any ashtray.

BARBECUES

It is forbidden to barbecue on terraces, gardens or patios.

FINAL CLEANING

Please leave the apartment tidy, dishes washed, fridge empty and rubbish in the containers on the street. Otherwise, 80 Euros of the deposit will be retained.

CHECK OUT

The keys must be left, unless otherwise agreed, at our office no later than 10 o'clock in the morning of the agreed day. If we are not in, in the letterbox of our office.

DELIVERY OF KEYS ON DEPARTURE

PERSONAL ITEMS

  • Neither Fincas Maritim Playa nor the owner are responsible for possible theft, damage, deterioration and / or accidents that the tenant and his companions or their belongings may suffer.

APARTMENTS WITH ALARM

It is reported that some homes have a BURGLAR ALARM, with an infrared system and cameras, but on the day of your arrival we will inform you about how to block the cameras for your privacy. Please consult the description of each apartment to find out if it has an alarm.

LOSS OF KEYS and/or PARKING CONTROLS

  • In case of loss of keys, the client must pay for the installation of a new lock.
  • The door must ALWAYS be closed WITH KEYS. Don't forget the keys put in the lock inside. In case of having to call a locksmith, the tenant will bear the costs.
  • In the event of loss of parking control, €50 will be charged.

BABIES

Please indicate in your reservation if you need a travel cot and/or highchair and we will give it to you free of charge, always subject to availability. In cases of a travel cot, the client must bring the bedding.

PETS

We think that our pets should enjoy family vacations together and most of the apartments are pet friendly. Please, check out the option before reserving the apartment. As a general rule, pets can enjoy Salou beach from the 1st Sunday of November to the Friday before Easter.

MINORS

Minors cannot make reservations for our accommodation.

YOUTH GROUPS

Youth groups are not accepted.

LUGGAGE

If you still want to enjoy the day in Salou, we offer you the possibility of leaving your bags for free in our office and recovering them within our opening hours.
